How to Earn and Redeem Red Tab™ Loyalty Points

Red Tab™ Loyalty Points is Levi’s® free loyalty program that rewards you every time you shop. As a member, you earn points on purchases, unlock exclusive perks, and get early access to special offers. This guide explains how to earn, redeem, and manage your points, plus answers to the most common questions. Points expire after one year of accrual. Earning Points

• How do I earn points? 
  You earn 1 point for every $1 you spend (excluding tax, shipping, and gift card value). Points are added to your account after your order ships. Earn points every time you make an eligible purchase in-store, online, or in the app, just make sure you're logged into your Red Tab™ account when you check out! 
• Can I earn points in-store, online, or both? 
  You earn points both online and in participating Levi’s® retail stores. 
• When do I get my points if I use Afterpay or Paypal? 
  You receive your points once your item has shipped, regardless of payment method. 
• When do I get my points for BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store) orders? 
  Points are added to your account once the order has been picked up. 
• Can I earn points if I pay with a gift card? 
  Yes, as long as the purchase qualifies, you'll earn points, even if you pay using a gift card. 
• Can I earn points on Final Sale items? 
  Yes, you can earn points on Final Sale items. 
• Can I earn points on tax, shipping, or gift wrap? 
  No. Points are only earned on merchandise subtotal. 

• How does my spending turn into points?
  You earn 1 point per $1 spent. If your subtotal ends in $0.01 of higher, it will round up to the next whole number.

  Example: $79.00 = 79 points; $79.01 - $79.99 = 80 points

Redeeming Points

• How do I redeem points?
  Once you reach 125 points, you can redeem them in $5 increments at checkout (e.g., 125 points = $5, 250 = $10, 375 = $15, 500 = $20).
  Note: You cannot choose the amount to apply; the highest eligible reward value will be automatically applied at checkout.
  
• Is there a minimum number of points I need before I can redeem? 
  Yes, the first reward starts at 125 points for $5 off.
• What’s the maximum I can redeem at once? 
  You can redeem up to 500 points ($20 off) per transaction.
• Can I use points both online and in-store? 
  Yes, rewards can be applied at checkout on our website, in our app, and at participating Levi’s® stores.
• Can I use points with other promotions or discounts? 
  Yes, in most cases. Points can be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated in the promotion details.
• Do points cover taxes and shipping? 
  No. Points can only be used toward merchandise and do not apply to taxes, shipping, or gift wrap fees.
• Do I earn or spend points on gift cards?
  • You will not earn points on the purchase of a gift card.
  • You may use a gift card to pay and still earn points on the qualifying merchandise subtotal.
  • Points cannot be redeemed to purchase a gift card.
