• How do I sign up/log in to the loyalty program?

  You can register at:

  Create a Red Tab™ Membership Account

• Can I see my points balance in-store or online?
  Yes. Your points balance is available:

  • In the Levi’s® App under Account > Your Rewards

  • On our website under Account > Your Red Tab™ Rewards

• Where can I check my points balance?
  On the app or website, navigate to your account and click on “Your Rewards” to see your total points and activity history.

• I am missing points, what do I do?
  Points for your order will be added to your account once your items ship. If you still do not see your points after 7 days from when it's shipped, please contact our customer service team.

• I haven’t received points for a recent purchase — what should I do?
  Contact our customer service team with your order number and email address. We’ll be happy to help review and apply your points if eligible.
