Can I cancel my return or exchange request?

If you'd like to cancel your return or exchange request, no worries. Any returns or exchanges that are not dropped off within 14 days of being requested will be automatically cancelled and voided in our system.

If you accidentally selected the wrong item to return / exchange - simply initiate a separate request for the correct item in your order, and be sure to use the associated return label.

If you’ve already mailed your order back to us, your request can’t be canceled and your return or exchange request will be processed.
