How does Pickup In-Store work?

You can order Pickup In-Store online at select stores (check your local store for availability). Here’s how to use these new services:

• While ordering at levi.com, select your size and wash/color and click on ‘Pickup In-Store’.
• If you haven’t selected a store yet, click on ‘Select your store’ to choose your pickup location and view inventory availability.
• ‘Add to bag’ and finalize check out.
• We accept all payment methods for Online Pickup In-store orders, except for Apple Pay and Paypal Express Checkout.
• When your order is ready, we’ll send you a ‘Ready For Pickup’ email with detailed instructions. If you opted in for SMS during Checkout, you’ll also receive a short text message.
• For Pickup In-Store, go to a checkout register and let a store associate know you have a pickup order.
