Why did my order get canceled?

Occasionally, all or part of an order will be canceled. Unfortunately, we don’t always have a lot of information available as to why some orders are canceled.

The most common reasons are:

• There was an inventory issue that prohibited us from fulfilling your order.
• There was an issue with your billing information or the payment method.
• The shipping address was invalid (Please note that we do not ship to businesses that forward packages internationally).
• Duplicate orders

You'll receive an important email explaining the details if your order is canceled. If you were charged for a canceled item those charges will be refunded to your account in its original form of tender.
